Teachers can now understand what they’ve built and how students are interacting with it without jumping between multiple pages.
2. Teacher Study Boards
This page is the teacher’s personal board workspace for building and managing revision content.
Key features:
- View all personal study boards
- Create a new board directly from the same page
- Validation for board names
- One-click access to manage each board
Why this matters:
Content creation is faster and more organized, helping teachers focus on lesson flow instead of admin steps.
3. Create Shared Board
This page turns a personal study board into a student-ready shared board with secure access.
Key features:
- Select an existing personal board to share
- Set a password for student access
- Generate a unique share link automatically
- View all existing shared boards in one list
- Toggle board status active/inactive
- Update board password any time
- Jump directly to access analytics for each shared board
Why this matters:
Teachers stay in control of what is shared, when it is available, and how students access it.
4. Access Shared Board
This is the student-facing access experience for shared study boards.
Key features:
- No student login required
- Secure password gate before viewing board content
- Interactive study card experience with flip cards
- Flexible study modes:
- Display all cards
- Display 10 random cards
- Test Me mode with multiple-choice questions and score feedback
Why this matters:
Students get a clean, focused revision experience while teachers keep control through link and password access.
5. Teacher Analytics
The new analytics page gives teachers clear insight into shared board usage.

- Choose from all shared boards or open analytics directly by board
- Total successful access count
- Last access timestamp
- Access history table
- 30-day access trend chart
- CSV export of access history
