Creating Study Cards
This guide explains how to create, edit, organize, and remove study cards inside one of your study boards. The card management workflow is available from the board editor page.
Open the Card Manager
To start creating cards:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Study Boards from your dashboard.
- Select the board you want to update and click Edit.
- This opens the board management page where you can add and manage cards.
Add New Card(s)
In the Add New Card(s) section you can add between 1 and 5 cards in one submission.
- Use the How many cards would you like to add? dropdown to choose the number of cards.
- For each card, fill in Question and Answer.
- Click Add Card(s) to save all completed entries.
Tip: Keep each question clear and each answer concise to make revision quicker.
Manage Existing Cards
The Study Cards table lists all cards in the current board with tools to update them.
Edit a Card
Use the Edit button on a row to update the question or answer for that specific card.
Delete a Single Card
Use the Delete button on a row to remove that card. You will be asked to confirm before it is deleted.
Delete Multiple Cards
- Tick the checkboxes in the Select column for all cards you want to remove.
- Click Delete Selected to remove them in one action.
Set Card Difficulty
Each card has a difficulty dropdown with Easy, Normal, and Hard.
- Choose a difficulty level per card.
- Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
Difficulty helps tailor your revision and can be used to focus on harder topics first.
Good Workflow
- Create a board for one topic at a time.
- Add small batches of cards regularly instead of one large upload.
- Review and adjust difficulty as your confidence changes.
- Remove duplicate or outdated cards to keep boards clean.
